Content Policy

Menerosyn allows adult AI-generated content intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

The platform may include official Menerosyn content, premium subscriber-only content, user-uploaded AI-generated adult content, and profile promotion and approved social links.

All content on the platform must remain within the rules described below.

AI-generated adult 18+ erotic or pornographic content;

fictional adult characters and scenes;

consensual adult sexual content;

nude or explicit AI-generated content involving clearly adult fictional subjects;

user-uploaded AI-generated NSFW content;

links to a user’s own social media or creator profiles, where permitted by the platform.

Content uploaded to Menerosyn must be AI-generated, or the user must otherwise have all rights required to upload and publish it on the platform.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to upload it, it does not violate the rights of any third party, and it complies with this Content Policy and applicable law.

The following content is strictly forbidden: minors or anyone who appears to be under 18; young-looking persons presented in a sexual or erotic way; sexualized school-age characters or age-ambiguous characters; non-consensual sexual content; rape, coercion, forced acts, exploitation, or abuse; violence combined with sexual content; illegal sexual content; real people without their consent; deepfake-style sexual content of real individuals without permission; stolen, infringing, or unauthorized content; content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights; harassment, blackmail, threats, or doxxing; spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotional content; malware, malicious links, or harmful files; and any content that violates applicable law.

If content falls into one of these categories, it may be removed immediately and may result in account penalties.

You may not upload, publish, or promote sexual or explicit content depicting real people without clear authorization and lawful rights.

This includes non-consensual explicit depictions, manipulated or AI-generated explicit depictions of real people without consent, and content that misuses the likeness of real individuals.

Users may upload their own AI-generated content to Menerosyn.

Free-user uploads may require moderation before publication, paid users may receive faster publication without pre-moderation, and all uploads remain subject to review and possible removal at any time.

Being a paid user does not exempt content from this Content Policy.

Users may promote their own content and add social links through their profile or other supported platform features.

This is allowed only if the promotion is lawful, the links are not deceptive, the links do not lead to malware, scams, or abusive material, and the linked content does not violate this Content Policy or applicable law.

Menerosyn may remove links or promotional content that are misleading, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate.

Menerosyn reserves the right to review, restrict, hide, remove, demonetize, or disable content at any time.

We may take action when content violates this Content Policy, creates legal or safety concerns, is reported by users, appears abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful, or threatens the platform, its users, or third parties.

Moderation may be automated, manual, or both.

If you violate this Content Policy, Menerosyn may take one or more of the following actions: reject an upload, remove content, hide or limit visibility of content, remove links or profile elements, issue a warning, suspend account features, terminate your account, revoke access to premium features, or report illegal content where required.

Enforcement decisions are made at Menerosyn’s discretion.

Please include enough detail for us to identify and review the content.

Menerosyn may update this Content Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Last updated date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
