Menerosyn is an adult platform focused on AI-generated 18+ content, including official premium content and user-uploaded AI-generated content.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.

By using Menerosyn, you represent and warrant that:

•you are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;

•you are at least 18 years old;

•you will not allow minors to access your account or the Service through you.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activity under your account, and providing accurate and current account information.

You may delete your account yourself through available account settings, if that option is provided on the platform.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

Menerosyn offers free access and paid subscription tiers.

Payment Method: All subscription payments are processed through the Menerosyn Telegram bot using Telegram Stars.

•Subscription Access: Paid plans unlock premium content according to the level of the selected subscription tier. Features and benefits may vary by plan.

•Cancellation: Subscription cancellation is handled through Telegram settings and related Telegram subscription controls.

•Refunds: Because payments are processed through Telegram Stars, refunds are generally not available after payment is completed.

You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan and its benefits before purchasing.

Premium content may include locked images, galleries, sets, collections, and other subscriber-only materials.

•Access to premium content depends on your active subscription status, your current subscription tier, and any feature or content restrictions applied to that tier.

Menerosyn may update, rotate, remove, replace, or reorganize premium content at any time.

Users may upload their own AI-generated content to the Service.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that the content is AI-generated or you otherwise have all rights necessary to upload and share it, the content does not violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or any applicable law, and the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

Users may add and display links to their social media profiles or other permitted external profiles through their account or profile features.

You may use your profile to promote your own content, provided that such use does not violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or any applicable law.

We may remove links, profiles, or promotional content that we consider abusive, misleading, unlawful, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate.

Menerosyn may moderate user content.

•Current moderation rules may include free users needing to wait for moderation before publication, paid users being allowed faster publication without waiting for pre-moderation, and all uploaded content remaining subject to review and removal at any time if it violates our rules.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, hide, edit, or disable access to content at our discretion.

You may not use the Service to upload, share, request, promote, or distribute content that includes or relates to minors or persons who appear underage, sexualized depictions of minors or young-looking persons, non-consensual or exploitative sexual content, violence, coercion, abuse, or illegal sexual content, real people without consent, stolen, infringing, or unauthorized content, harassment, threats, scams, malware, or spam, or any content that violates applicable law.

You may not use the Service in any way that harms Menerosyn, its users, or third parties.

By uploading or submitting content to the Service, you grant Menerosyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, moderate, adapt, and make your content available within the Service for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the platform.

This license continues for as long as necessary to operate the Service and may continue for a reasonable period for backup, legal, moderation, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.

All official Menerosyn content, including premium content, design, branding, text, graphics, images, layouts, and platform materials, is owned by or licensed to Menerosyn unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, download in bulk, republish, redistribute, resell, scrape, re-upload, or share premium content outside the Service without prior written permission from Menerosyn.

Premium access is provided for personal access only.

You may not reproduce, leak, share, repost, archive, mirror, distribute, or otherwise make premium content available outside the platform.

Violation of this rule may result in removal of content, account suspension or termination, loss of subscription access, and further enforcement action where appropriate.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep certain account-related information private, including your subscription level where described in our platform settings and policies.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update the platform, add or remove features, change plan structures, modify content availability, perform maintenance, or suspend parts of the Service temporarily or permanently.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, you violate our Content Policy, your conduct creates legal, security, moderation, or abuse concerns, or we believe your use of the Service may harm the platform or others.

Termination may result in loss of access to uploaded content, premium access, or account features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menerosyn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always function without interruption, content will always be available, the Service will meet your expectations, or any specific feature will continue to exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menerosyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, subscriptions, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Last updated date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
